The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is phasing out animal-testing in the production of monoclonal antibody treatments, lab-made antibodies designed to help the immune system fight off infections or diseases, and other medicines, and will allow drug developers to use more modern and humane techniques. The action will improve the safety of treatments, as well as lower their price and speed up development. New methods include AI-based computational models of toxicity, lab-grown human organs on a chip, relevant human testing from other countries with similar standards, and more. It is estimated that thousands of animal-people, such as primate- and dog-folk, could be saved each year. The United States is a recipient of five Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, three Shining World Leadership Awards for Good Governance, seven Shining World Leadership Awards for Promoting Healthy Living, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Good Governor, Justice, Protection, and Environmental Protection; and a laureate of 27 Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, three Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Loving Care, a Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance, a Shining World Peace Leader Award, Shining World Caring Leadership Award, and Shining World Super Loving Care Leadership Award.Heaven’s blessings, United States Food and Drug Administration, on your intelligent and sensible move to allow modern testing methods that spare the lives of animal-people. In the Grace of God, may all countries follow your lead as the safety and peace of our animal-citizens becomes a driving force in policy change.
